This policy explains what information Apex Appliance Repair (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit this website or request service, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you request service through our form or by phone, we collect:
- Your name, phone number and, if you provide them, your email and street address
- Your ZIP code
- Details about your appliance — type, brand and the problem you describe
- Your preferred appointment time
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site running and secure.
We also use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram). It uses cookies and similar technology to record visits to this site and actions such as tapping our phone number. We use this to measure how well our ads work and to show our ads to people who may need appliance repair. Meta may combine this with other information it holds about you under its own privacy policy. The Pixel does not receive the contents of your service request.

Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business:
- Vercel — hosts this website
- Jobber — our scheduling software, which runs the request form and stores your request
- Meta — receives website activity through the Meta Pixel, as described above
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Your choices
- Control how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Facebook ad preferences.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
- Opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies at optout.aboutads.info.
- Ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by calling us.
How long we keep it
We keep service request details for as long as we need them to schedule and complete your repair, honor our warranty and keep business records, then delete them.
Children
This website is meant for adults arranging home repairs. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
